How do I make a account?
You will have to click the account sign up button on the top right hand side of our website. It will take you to a page which you will need to click the create an account link and fill out the information that is required. You can then apply for an account it will take 1-2 working days to confirm your account.

Do I need an account to buy plants?
Yes, you will need to register with us first and then wait for us to confirm your account so that you can start buying from us.
 

What size plants do you grow?
0.75L to 10L in containers. Container plants are available year-round.
We have 10cm, 12cm, 14cm, 15cm, 19cm & 30cm plants available.

Do you sell to the public?
No we sell to all gardening businesses and government agency. Our plants are available through many retail garden centers throughout New Zealand and are sourced and planted by many landscapers. We ask new customers for their business name, business number and GST number.

Is there a trade list of all our plants?
Yes we do have a trade list that we update every two weeks.

How do I ask for a quote or make an order?
You can easy make an order through our website with our shop and cart. 

Is there a minimum order quantity or a need to order ahead?
Yes there is a minimum order per variety:

• 18 plants for 10cm
• 11 plants for 12cm
• 8 plants for 14cm
• 6 plants for 15cm
• 4 plants for 19cm
• 2 plants for 30cm

Yes you can make indent orders.

Can you put plants aside for me?
Yes you can, we will need you to pay for them first and give us a required delivery date.

How can I pay for my plants?
You can pay directly through our website by adding the items you would like to buy to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Nice and easy!

How are our plants delivered?
They are delivered by either truck if you are based in the north island or by plant transporters or courier companies.

How much will it cost for delivery?
Your freight is calculated for you by delivery destination.
